Regional Consortiums

PLATO Regional Consortiums bring together educators from universities, organizations, and schools in particular regions of the United States to develop, run, and expand philosophy and ethics programs for K-12 students, educators, and families. PLATO hosts regular meetings (online or in person) at least twice a year for each consortium, and participants collaborate to support and promote the work of each organization involved in the region.

Current Consortiums

  • California Consortium —  join us for an in-person event on March 30!
  • New England Consortium
  • Pacific Northwest Consortium — join us for an in-person event on June 24!
  • Texas Consortium

Additional Regional Consortiums are being planned.

  3. To foster the development and expansion of region-wide philosophy programs serving young people through resource-sharing and collaboration.

Support Opportunities from PLATO
